Consultation ~ From the comfort of your home or in our office

We know that traveling to our office for an initial visit is not always convenient. To make starting your journey as easy as possible, we are happy to offer both virtual and in-person consultations to fit your schedule.

Our virtual consultations allow you to connect with Dr. Robb and our team from the comfort of your home or work, no matter where you are in the world. It’s a convenient way to begin your journey and ensure you feel confident and comfortable about the process before scheduling surgery and traveling.  

In-Person Consultation

For patients who prefer to meet us in person, our Alpharetta office offers a welcoming and private space where you can:

Before You Travel

Once you decide on your surgery plan, your dedicated Patient Care Coordinator will help you select your procedure date. Pre-op appointments occur 4 weeks before surgery. If you are traveling from out of state, pre-op appointments may be virtual.

If you have not yet met Dr. Robb in person, you must arrive 1 to 2 days before your surgery date so he can perform a mandatory physical evaluation and finalize your surgical plan. (If you have already completed an in-person pre-op appointment, this day-before appointment is not required.)

We will provide a clear checklist of any medical clearances, lab work, and prescriptions you will need before you travel. This ensures everything is approved and ready well before you arrive in Georgia.

Getting Here

Arriving in Alpharetta

Most traveling patients fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, which offers easy, direct flights from almost anywhere in the world.

Our Alpharetta office is a straightforward drive from the airport, located in a beautiful, easy-to-navigate suburb of Metro Atlanta. Once you land, the most convenient way to travel is by using ride-share apps like Uber or Lyft. The airport features clearly marked, designated pickup zones that make finding your driver quick and stress-free, taking you directly to your hotel or our private surgery center.

You will arrive a day or two before your procedure for a mandatory in-person examination. During this visit, Dr. Robb will perform a physical assessment, and we will do a final, detailed review of your surgical plan.
Distance: 30 minutes north of the airport. 

FLYING PRIVATELY

If you’re flying private, your destination will be Peachtree DeKalb Airport (PDK),  just 20 minutes from our office.

The Healing Phase

Your procedure is performed at our private, accredited surgery center. Our facility meets the same high safety standards as a hospital but offers complete privacy, meaning you are the only patient undergoing surgery there at that time.

Out of town patients are required to stay at a local hotel or rental for a specific number of days so our team can monitor your early healing. The length of time will depend on the procedures performed. If you are traveling for our signature ROBB REFRESH™ facial rejuvenation, your stay will also include our specialized recovery program featuring hyperbaric oxygen therapy and lymphatic massage to help you heal as quickly and comfortably as possible.

Your Safe Return

Before you head home, you will visit our office for a final post operative checkup. Our team will remove any stitches, check your progress, and clear you for travel. Once you return home, we do not simply say goodbye. We will continue to monitor your long-distance healing through scheduled virtual follow up appointments to ensure you achieve the best possible result.
