Philip K. Robb Jr.

Medical Director

Dr. Philip K. Robb Jr. is an award-winning, double board-certified facial plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic facial plastic surgery serving Atlanta, Alpharetta, and beyond. Dr. Robb brings a caring, friendly, and compassionate bedside manner and extensive training and experience to procedures focused on the head and neck.

Born to care for others, Dr. Robb is a second-generation facial surgeon who consistently exceeds the expectations of his patients. His passion for helping others fuels his energetic and friendly demeanor.

Brandon Nieves

PA-C

Brandon Nieves is a nationally certified, fellowship-trained Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience specializing in dermatology, anti-aging, and aesthetic medicine. He provides consultation and treatment for all your aesthetic needs including fine lines, wrinkles, volume loss, facial balancing, and more. He takes pride in providing the highest quality of care and is known for his gentle touch and subtle, natural-looking results.

Brandon graduated with honors from Southeastern University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and from Nova Southeastern University, where he earned his Master of Medical Science degree as a Physician Assistant. He began his career in 2013 at Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in Orlando, FL where he completed a fellowship in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. While practicing dermatology, he discovered his passion for aesthetic medicine and refined his skills over the years to specialize in the field. He is now a national trainer for Galderma Aesthetics and has trained alongside key opinion leaders in aesthetics from across the country. Brandon’s extensive experience in dermatology adds a unique perspective to our practice, enhancing our goal of providing the best aesthetic treatments for our patients.

He and his wife are originally from Florida, and both enjoy the outdoors, hiking, fishing, and camping with their two dogs. He is passionate about medical missions and providing access to quality healthcare for those in need. He volunteers for several medical mission trips annually, providing both dermatologic and primary care in rural clinics overseas.

Dawn

RN, BSN, Master Nurse Injector

Dawn is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron in Ohio. She has worked as a nurse in a variety of capacities in Georgia. Dawn found her passion for aesthetics in 2012 and has focused on that ever since. Dawn resides in Alpharetta with her husband and 2 sons. She can be found most weekends at the baseball field watching them play. She enjoys hiking, traveling, working out, and spending time with friends.

Rita

Patient Care Coordinator & Office Administrator

Rita graduated from James Madison University with a BBA in Marketing/Management. She has over 15 years of experience in sales and working in the aesthetics industry. Her passion is seeing patients gain self-confidence through our services and aesthetic procedures. She is honored to work with amazing patients daily. In her off time, she loves spending time with her family and playing tennis.

Dana

Patient Care Coordinator

Dana relocated to Alpharetta from Southern California, where she began her career in the medical aesthetics industry. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California Lutheran University. Dana has been a part of many nonprofit organizations and has served on the board of the National Charity League Juniors, which raises money for a local hospital for children with cancer and blood diseases.

Madison H.

Operating Room Nurse, RN, BSN

Maddie is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Brenau University. Maddie was born and raised in the Alpharetta area and currently resides in Atlanta. She started her nursing career in Emergency Medicine before making the transition into plastics. Maddie has a true passion for patient care and has an admiration for learning new things and sharing that knowledge. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Most weekends you can find her outside at a ball field watching her nephew or at Fetch with her boyfriend and dog, Ari.

Jenny

BSN, North Point Surgery Center, Certified Surgical Assistant

Jenny is a Certified Surgical Technician with advanced training from Chattahoochee Technical College and a Bachelor's degree from The University of South Florida. Her passion is to help transform patients’ lives in the operating room. When she is not assisting Dr. Robb and serving our wonderful patients, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her children and husband.

Sonya

Licensed Aesthetician & Assistant Laser Practitioner

Sonya grew up in Upstate New York and moved to Atlanta in 2005, where she graduated from the Atlanta School of Aesthetics. Sonya is results driven and creates customized treatment plans designed to give her patients the best possible results. Sonya puts a strong emphasis on at-home skin regimens coupled with cosmetic procedures as the best path to optimal skin. Sonya has over 15 years of experience and is knowledgeable about chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, laser hair removal, and laser rejuvenation. She loves spending time with her husband and 2 dogs.

Madison C.

Aesthetics Coordinator

Madison is a former two-sport collegiate athlete from Nashville, TN. She graduated from Truett McConnell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Healthcare Administration. After graduating in 2020, Madison decided to stay in the Atlanta area and has been so happy with that decision ever since. In her free time, she enjoys watching both of her brothers play football on TV and spending time with her boyfriend and dog, Tyson!

Nicole

Patient Experience Coordinator

Nicole graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. She spent some time on the promotions team and working as a Zookeeper at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, where she gained a passion for spreading the knowledge she learned about animals with others. In 2022, she and her husband moved into their first home in Georgia, and they spend their free time hiking and traveling to see family.

Sierra

Patient Experience Coordinator

Sierra graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Advertising, as well as a minor in Fashion Merchandising. While in school, she was involved with a fashion publication on campus that allowed her to explore her love for social media and content creation. After graduating in 2023, she decided to stay in the Atlanta area to be close to family and to see her nieces grow up. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, Pilates classes, and spending time with friends. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, she loves getting to know the patients and hearing about their journeys post-procedure.

Kara

Patient Relations

Kara graduated from Troy University with a bachelor's degree in Theatre. She spent some time performing at Dollywood before marrying her husband and moving to Atlanta. She quickly fell in love with the aesthetics industry and decided to pursue it as a career! In her spare time, she enjoys playing outside with her children, trying new restaurants with her husband, singing, traveling, and watching Gilmore Girls! Something Kara loves about working at Robb Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics is connecting and building relationships with our patients. She finds genuine joy when patients tell us how we have helped them find true confidence!

Krista

Patient Relations

Krista and her husband relocated to Alpharetta in 2020 from northern Virginia. Originally from Pittsburgh, Krista graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in Business Administration. Now that she and her husband are empty nesters, they enjoy going to movies, trying new restaurants, watching sports (especially football!), and discovering new places to visit in Georgia. Krista loves working at Dr. Robb's office because everyone is such a team player, and we all work so well together toward the goal of making our patients look and feel their best!

Robyn

Patient Relations

Robyn graduated with an Interior Architecture degree and spent the next 14 years raising her 4 children with her husband and owning an Interior Design Business. She has always had a passion for the Aesthetic Industry and decided to pursue her dreams in 2023. She loves interacting with patients and being a part of a team that helps patients achieve their aesthetic goals and dreams. Outside of work she loves being a mom and wife, working out on her Peloton, playing with her dog, Rusty, and spending time with those she loves. At Robb Facial Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics, Robyn loves caring for, cheering for, loving, and supporting our patients through the treatment and healing process.

Jessa

RN, BSN

Jessa is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Mercer University. Starting her nursing career as a Post-Partum RN, Jessa prides herself in excellent patient care. She loves getting to know each patient and helping to make them feel at ease. When not at work, Jessa loves spending time with her husband and two amazing kids, as well as working out and having fun. Jessa loves working at Robb Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics because of the process; Seeing a patient from the time they first meet us with their consult, doing the Preop, recovering patients after surgery, and getting to know them more during their post-ops! The before and after is great!

Lisa

Clinical Nurse

Lisa is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 25 years of experience in Plastic Surgery. She is a native Atlantan and currently resides in Johns Creek. Her favorite part about Robb Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics is working with the best surgeon and staff, which she believes is evident through our patient care. She loves caring for patients through their entire surgical process from consult to recovery! You can most likely find her on the tennis courts or embracing her love of travel.

Xing Xing

RN, BSN, Registered Nurse

Born in New York and calls Atlanta, Georgia her home, Xing Xing graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology before pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercer University. She has always been drawn towards aesthetic nursing and has experience providing excellent care in inpatient and outpatient settings. She is a compassionate, caring nurse that genuinely wants to help people feel confident through the aging process. She loves having the privilege of supporting patients through the process of their treatment, and seeing firsthand how it helps people feel happier and more confident. Outside of work Xing Xing enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, fitness and caring for her indoor plant collection.
