We have several payment options for you to choose from including check, ACH, cash, credit card and CareCredit. Many patients choose to select ACH and enjoy complimentary product to optimize your outcome. To reserve your surgery date you will place a 20% deposit and then your final payment will be due at your pre-operation appointment which is typically 3-4 weeks prior to surgery.
