Dr. Robb was great, he explained everything in the whole process. But, more importantly, the result is just outstanding. After one month, the skin graft has healed and looks great with no suture marks or scars The donor site behind my ear has healed, looks great with no suture marks as well.
I am very pleased with his work. Thank you Dr. Robb for an excellent job.

“The decision to pursue facial plastic surgery was made for me during my third year of surgical training. While on call, a woman in her early 20s was life-flighted to my hospital with life-threatening and severely deforming injuries. I and two other surgeons worked throughout the night to restore her health and her appearance. What could have been a life-changing negative event marred by countless surgeries and poor appearance, became a medical miracle and she was married six weeks later. “You forever changed my life and I owe you the world,” she told the team after the surgery. “I was grateful to be involved in her care, and it changed my life.”
“I felt called to impact other patients’ lives as I did hers.”
Dr. Philip K. Robb Jr., Atlanta facial plastic surgeon, grew up right here in Alpharetta Georgia. He attended Marist High School and then went to the University of Mississippi where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude along with many other honors, awards, and scholarships. From Oxford Mississippi, he returned to his home state of Georgia for medical school at the Medical College of Georgia (MCG).
Dr. Robb Jr. strives for excellence
in everything he does
While at MCG, aside from excelling academically, he helped transform the way that students are accepted to the school by creating the book “Secrets of Success.” This book about how to succeed in medical school and Augusta accompanies the acceptance letter to medical school matriculants to this day.
Dr. Robb Jr. was then selected to his top choice for residency training at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery which is renowned for its excellent training program. After residency, he was selected by Dr. Achih Chen, one of the country’s most well-known facial plastic surgeons to spend a full year of intense training on cosmetic facial surgery. This lineage of plastic surgery was born out of Beverly Hills along with many other well-known facial plastic surgeons.
Dr. Robb Jr.’s faith greatly influences his surgical integrity and patient care. This changes the lens of how he views the world and thus, his patients. “I recognize that many people look to cosmetic surgery to do many things. I intend to treat the whole person. To me, you’re not just a face that needs to be refined, there’s a person behind that face, a story, a family, and a purpose. As a Christian, I want all my patients to feel important, well cared for, and valued.”
Dr. Robb Jr. lives in Alpharetta with his wife and three little girls. He loves spending time with his family, watching SEC football-especially Ole Miss, road cycling, triathlons, golf, guitar, and anything outdoors. Medical mission trips are a passion of the Robb family. They are active in their church and enjoy serving there as well.
