What to Expect
Your privacy is of the utmost importance in the Robb Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Center. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to one of our private patient rooms. There you will fill out new patient paperwork if you haven’t done so from our online forms.
After the forms are completed, one of our patient coordinators will discuss your goals and objectives of your visit.
You will then sit down in Dr. Robb’s office and discuss the nature of your visit and your concerns. With the aid of a 3-way-mirror, Dr. Robb will seek to fully understand your areas of concern. Past medical history and other possible medical issues will be discussed during this visit. Details including pictures will be used during your discussion to ensure that you have a full understanding of the topic and treatment.
Injectable treatments such as botox and fillers can be performed the same day. If a surgical procedure is best to address your concerns, Dr. Robb will educate you on the procedure, important aspects of before/after the procedure and the expected recovery.
After you feel comfortable with the plan and all of your questions are answered, one of our patient coordinators will assist you in getting the perfect day and time selected for your procedure.
